  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
  3. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are at www.timico250.co.uk.
  4. The competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only. It is limited to 20,000 entries and to one email address and full valid address per entry. Multiple entries per email address and postal address will be declared void. Entrants must be 18 years or over to take part.
  5. Entries for the competition will open at midday on 16th March 2016. The competition will close at 2.30pm on 18th March 2016 or once the number of valid entries reaches 20,000, whichever is sooner. After this, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. Entrants are asked to correctly predict the final finishing order of all of the 2016 Timico Cheltenham Gold Cup runners. In the case of a dead heat finish, or fallers and pulled-up horses, the result will be as per the press association finishing order. If a horse is declared and is a subsequent non-runner, that horse will be removed from all entrants' predicted running orders and the order chosen by each entrant will shift up by one. For example, a non-runner placed to finish 4th would be replaced by the horse selected to finish 5th.
  8. The prize fund for this competition is £100,000 and based on 9 horses or more taking part in The Timico Gold Cup on Friday 18th March 2016 as defined by the BHA. In the event that there are multiple correct entries the prize fund will be divided equally between all winning entries.
  9. In the event of 8 horses or fewer taking part in The Timico Gold Cup on Friday 18th March 2016 as defined by the BHA, the prize fund will be reduced to £5000 and in the subsequent event of multiple correct entries, a random draw will take place to decide one winner.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes will be posted on the website within these terms and conditions and competition pages at www.timico250.co.uk.
  11. If the 2016 Timico Cheltenham Gold Cup race is postponed or cancelled for whatever reason, the competition will be declared null and void.
  12. If any participant is proven to have colluded with others to enter multiple times with regards to predictions then they will be disqualified from the competition.
  13. The name of the winner(s) will be published on www.timico250.co.uk before the end of racing at Cheltenham Racecourse on 18th March 2016.
  14. All winners agree to publicity which may include name, image and interviews being used for marketing and promotional purposes without fee.
  15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
